Terms of use

These terms apply to your use of SagaKeep, run by FosterLabs in New Zealand. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

Your account

• You need to be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• Keep your password safe. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
• Give a real email address so we can verify your account and help you recover it.

Your content

You own what you add to SagaKeep. You give us permission to store and display it so we can run the service, including showing it to others if you choose to share a save.

Don’t upload anything you don’t have the right to share, or anything illegal, hateful or harassing. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Fan project

SagaKeep is an unofficial fan-made tool. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Bethesda Softworks, Electronic Arts, Maxis or any other game publisher. Game names and terms belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe what you can track.

The service

SagaKeep is provided free and as is. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. Keep your own notes of anything you can’t afford to lose. We may change or discontinue features, and we’ll give reasonable notice before shutting the service down so you can export your data.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, FosterLabs isn’t liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of SagaKeep. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where it applies.

Ending your account

You can stop using SagaKeep and ask us to delete your account at any time.
